A long time member of the Commercial Law League of America, Dennis has a unique expertise in the commercial arena and has guided our firm to a preeminent position in all areas of commercial receivable management.

Jaclyn joined CCH after beginning her collection career with one of our sister companies. Jaclyn developed and leads our internal legal group. Her exceptional negotiating skills and ability to resolve accounts that otherwise may have been litigated have served CCH clients well.

Bob's successful history in commercial collections is well known in the industry. He manages, trains and coaches the collection staff in all our locations. Bob is particularly effective as a second voice on accounts where other collectors have been unsuccessful.
